The Review Application No.184 of 2018 is filed to review the judgment and decree passed by this Court in A.S.No.630 of 2008 dated 28.02.2017. Today, C.M.P.No.12128 of 2018 is filed for grant of stay and this Court is of the considered opinion that stay at this juncture need not be granted, as the suit itself is for a partition and the rights of the parties are already crystallized in the Appeal Suit and CMP stands dismissed. 2.However, the Review Application is directed to be listed next week.
