Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GUPTA AND RAVI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M.MOHAMED RIYAZ ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 3 the court made the following order:- Notice. There shall be an order of interim injunction restraining the 4th and 5th respondent from holding stay in strike at the Petitioner's factory premises and preventing movement of staff and officers and other persons and ingress and egress of vehicles carrying goods.
