ORDER
With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2021 within the stipulated time fixed and consequently release the sale deed dated 01.10.2020.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property has been purchased by the petitioner and when the sale deed was presented for registration, the third respondent has impounded the sale under Section 47 a [1] of the Registration Act on the ground that the subject property has to be measured in Sq.ft. and not in Ares and sent to the second respondent and the same is pending before the second respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation to the second respondent. But the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2/4

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.12.2021 and pass Orders on the same and to return the sale deed in Document No.3022 of 2020 dated 01.10.2020 to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
