Crl.M.P.No.5726 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6942 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6942 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, C1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6942 of dated 28.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
