This application is filed by the petitioner in an unnumbered OP seeking permission to pay the 3 per cent of succession duty by way of estamp stock holding mode.

Considering the fact that the Courts have not opened for physical hearing and the counsels and parties are not permitted inside the precincts of the Court, the petitioner is permitted to remit the 3 per cent duty totalling a sum of Rs.3,48,924/- by way of e-stamp stock to the credit of the above OP Diary No.46903 of 2020.
