This petition has been filed seeking to grant Special Leave to the petitioner to file criminal appeal against the judgment dated 16.03.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Udhagamandalam in C.A.No.44 of 2022 reversing the judgment dated 17.08.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court @ Magisterial Level, Coonoor in S.T.C.No.52 of 2020.
