Once again when the matter was taken at the end of the list, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was found illegal possession of 110 litres of ID Arrack and that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner. Therefore, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
