As directed by this Court, the applicant has effected substituted service on the first respondent by effecting paper publication. The paper publication has been filed along with this application. Despite effecting substituted service, the first respondent remains un-represented. Hence, the first respondent is set exparte by this Court.

2.Since the respondents 3 to 5 have also been served with the notice in this application, they are also set exparte by this Court. ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.

vga 3.This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce an arbitral award.

4.Learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has stated no objection for allowing this application.

5.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application since sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for seeking extension of time.
