This writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.07.2020, wherein, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of patta. 2.Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file by the second respondent and the second respondent has fixed the enquiry on 03.09.2020 at 11 a.m.

3.In view of the above development, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.07.2020 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
