(The case has been heard through video conference) Mr.P.Balathandayutham, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) produced a copy of the official order passed in e.f.vz;.2151 / 2021/m5 dated 10.08.2021.

2.Learned Government Advocate made a statement that the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.20478 of 2020 dated 05.01.2021 has been complied with and also circulated a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar, Thiruvallur dated 10.08.2021.

3.Learned Government Advocate further added that the proceedings will be given effect and consequent entry will be uploaded in the official website within a period of two to three weeks. The said statement is recorded. 4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that his clients have received a copy the proceedings of the Tahsildar as stated above. Since the order of this Court is complied with and inasmuch as the undertaking has been given to the Court for the consequent entries to be uploaded in the official website within a period of two to three weeks, this Court is convinced and deems it fit to close this contempt.
