O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to issue revised circular forthwith to the District Registrars/competent authorities as directed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Appeal No.3573 of 2023 dated 12.02.2024.

2. It is the main grievance of the writ petitioner that the Division Bench of this court has passed an order directing the respondents therein holding that there is no impediment for entertaining the complaints to cancel the documents which were registered after the date of amendment to Section 77-A of the Registration Act i.e. 16.08.2022. Hence, the Inspector General of Registration was directed to issue revised circular in this regard. Hence this writ petition. Page 2/4

3. At the outset, this writ petition is nothing but an abuse of process of law. When the Division Bench itself has directed the authorities to issue a revised circular, once again this writ petition is filed to implement that order is nothing but an abuse of process of law. Filing such petition is highly deprecated that too by a lawyer who read the order of the Division Bench. Hence this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.
