This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.817 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023, passed by this Court to report before respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learend Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in S.C.No.104 of 2023 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Salem.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.817 of 2023 dated 12.01.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
