This application has been filed to amend the petition and order copy as, "the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kunnam" instead of "The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai, in Crl.O.P.No.4456 of 2023 order dated 10.03.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.4456 of 2023, dated 10.03.2023 and issue fresh order copy.

However, two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
