ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Shri Prabakar, relying on a communication dated 18th June, 2025 from the Tahsildar, respondent No.4, states that a part of the structure is an encroachment. His instructions are respondent Nos.1 to 4 will take steps in accordance with law for removal of the encroachments. Shri Prabakar states that filing of a suit by respondent No.5 will not be a bar for taking steps in accordance with law.

2. Shri Prabakar states within 30 days steps will be taken.
