By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner is a physically challenged person and was working as a Village Librarian. Now she is promoted as Librarian Grade III and posted at Cuddalore District. She made a representation dated 13.07.2015 to the first respondent requesting to post her at Villupuram district itself taking into account her physical disability.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.V.Dhanapalan, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of Section 38 of the Persons with disabilities (Equal opportunities Protection of rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and also in the light of the judgment made in W.A.No.961 of 2014 reported in CDJ 2014 MHC 3776, the respondents may be directed to post the petitioner at Villupuram District itself.

In view of the narrow prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioenr dated 13.07.2015 in the light of Section 38 of the Persons with disabilities (Equal opportunities Protection of rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and also in the light of the judgment made in Dr.D.Ramkumar Vs. Pondicherry Society for Higher Education & Others reported in CDJ 2014 MHC 3776 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
