By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner would state that the petitioner College is offering B.Ed. Programme from the academic year 2008 and it has also obtained affiliation from the respondent and it intends to start M.Ed. course and is having necessary infrastructural and other facilities. The petitioner would further state that for starting the said course, it has to get No Objection Certificate from the University namely, the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner submitted an application dated 04.05.2015 seeking No Objection Certificate for commencing M.Ed. Course to the respondent and prays for early disposal of the said application.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Thanka Sivan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the application/ representation dated 04.05.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 20.07.2015 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
