Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7113 of 2022 on 04.04.2022, to report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl side) on instruction submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions imposed by this Court. It was further submitted that the investigation is still pending and the final report is yet to be filed. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.6336 of 2022 on 04.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
