3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1174 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
