This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Srivilliputhur Police Station, Virudhunagar District daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.M.P.No.2128 of 2023 by order dated 15.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Mylapore Police Station, Chennai District, on everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
