(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) It appears that the properties have been sold to prospective purchasers by the sellers who are the private respondents without having title to do so.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the third respondent states that necessary action is being taken against the prospective purchasers and the matter would be scrutinised as to how the sellers have sold the land and in that behalf also necessary action will be taken.
3. The action taken by the third respondent be concluded within a maximum a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
The writ petition accordingly stands closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
