Crl.O.P.No.10479 of 2019 G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN .J, Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that some mistakes have crept in paragraph No.4 of the order dated 23.04.2019. He further submitted that no direction was issued so as to permit the petitioner to substitute the sureties which were already discharged in S.C.No.141 of 2018.Hence,the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for appropriate orders.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

4. In view of the above submissions, the paragraph No.4 of the order dated 23.04.2019 made in Crl.O.P.No/10479 of 2019 is to be read as follows: "4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the undertaking given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to execute fresh sureties, since the sureties executed by the petitioner has already been discharged and further directed to appear before the learned Additional District Sessions Court, FTC, Arani, Thiruvannamalai District within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition under Section 70(2) of Cr.P.C., to recall NBW already issued against him. On filing of such petition, the concerned learned Judge is directed to consider the same on its own merits in accordance with law and pass order on the same day." http://www.judis.nic.in
