ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the third respondent police to register the FIR based on his complaint dated 21.08.2015 pending in CSR No.173 of 2015 dated 23.08.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side, the third respondent police is directed to register the complaint dated 21.08.2015 of the petitioner in CSR No.173 of 2015 dated 23.08.2015, if any cognizable offence is made out, as expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as possible and after giving opportunity to other affected parties.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
