ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditional order granted by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur, in Crl.M.P.No.130 of 2019 in C.A.No.2 of 2019 by an order dated 08.01.2019.
2.It is seen that in the order passed by the I Appellate Court in Crl.M.P.No.130 of 2019 dated 08.01.2019, granting suspension of sentence, the Appellate Court imposed a condition, directing the petitioner to deposit 20% of the amount ordered by the Trial Court within a period of one month and in the event of default of depositing the amount within the stipulated period, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically. But the petitioner approached this Court after a period of two months from the date of expiry of the period as fixed by the I Appellate Court.
3.In view of the above, the direction sought for in this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition is devoid of merits and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
