O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2017 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Namakkal and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Sathiyamangalam. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondent submitted that they have no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Namakkal to the file of the Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam and they have made an endorsement to that effect. They have also prayed for early disposal of the H.M.O.P.

3.Recording the endorsement made by both the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Subordinate Court, Namakkal and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam. The learned Subordinate Judge, Namakkal, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2017 to the file of the Subordinate Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Gobichettipalayam, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Subordinate Judge, Gobichettipalayam, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P., as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
