ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 279 & 337 of IPC later altered into Section 279, 337, 273, 323 r/w 511 of IPC and Section 24(1) of COTP Act in Crime No.78 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that petitioner had earlier filed an anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.5776 of 2022, which was dismissed. amounts to suppression of material facts. Therefore, without going into the merits of the petition, this Criminal original petition is dismissed.
