Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.N.THANGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner / accused seeking to grant further time to execute the sureties as well as for depositing the amount to the credit of S.T.C.No.414 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Salem, as per the order, passed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.Nos.11649 and 11650 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.1222 of 2017, dated 18.09.2017.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that extension of time is sought for on the ground that the petitioner was suffering from dengue fever and therefore, he could not comply with the conditional order passed by this Court.
4. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this petition, seeking extension of time to execute the sureties as well as for depositing the amount to the credit of the trial court, is ordered and time is granted by three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the same.
