Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to approve the petitioner's application and permit to give connection to the 624 houses in that area where he has given by considering the representation given on 29.05.2021 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to approve the application submitted by the petitioner seeking permission to give cable TV connection to the 624 houses situated at Kallamedu, Coimbatore District.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner had applied for providing cable service connection of Slum Board Projects. However it was not considered and as such, the petitioner filed this writ petition.
4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the construction itself is not yet completed and after completion of the entire construction of the houses, the respondent will float the tender for providing cable service connection. If the petitioner participated in the tender and if his bid is accepted, he will be allotted the said contract.
5. Therefore, the application submitted by the petitioner seeking permission to provide cable service connection cannot be considered. Thus, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
