ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to relay cement concrete road through the Government poramboke land instead of laying road in the petitioner's patta land, more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2025 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, there is a proposal to lay road in the petitioner's patta land, more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. Therefore, the petitioner, through his representation, dated 28.11.2025, has requested the respondents to lay cement concrete road through the Government poramboke land instead of laying road in the petitioner's land, more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. 2/5

Since the said representation was not considered, this Writ Petition is filed.

3. Mr.M.Shahjahan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3. Mr.R.Siddharth, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the fourth respondent.

4. As seen from the documents filed along with this Writ Petition, the first respondent has already forwarded the representation of the petitioner to the third respondent on 12.12.2025. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2025, as stated supra, is considered on merits and in accordance with law. This Court is not expressing any opinion on merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 28.11.2025 requesting the respondents to lay cement concrete road through the Government poramboke land instead of laying road in the petitioner's own 3/5

patta land, more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
