The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition for a direction to the third respondent herein to consider his representation dated 25.09.2019, claiming arrears of salary.

2. Though the petitioner has sought for a direction to dispose of his representation, taking note of the fact that the petitioner being Gurukkal and he has claimed arrears of salary, Mr.J.Pothiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that as on date, there is no funds available with the third respondent and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Fixed Deposit available is sought to be utilised for the purpose of disbursing the amount to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, no further orders are required and the third respondent is expected to disburse the payment within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to make continuous payment, payable to the petitioner, from 01.03.2021 onwards.
