By consent given by both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the
representation made by the petitioner on 11.07.2020 and for making necessary corrections in the revenue records and issue patta in the name of the petitioner.
3. The petitioner claims ownership of the property by virtue of a registered Will dated 07.10.1999. According to the petitioner, the subject property had been categorized as a Anadhinam in the revenue record, even without putting the petitioner on notice. The petitioner therefore, made a representation on 18.08.2017 to the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent directed to the 3rd respondent to conduct an enquiry. Thereafter, the petitioner made a subsequent representation to the respondents and this also did not evoke any response and hence the petitioner was left with no other alternative except to file the present writ petition before this Court seeking appropriate direction .
4. Heard Mr.R.Vetrivel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Arul Doss, learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the respondents.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 11.07.2020 and deal with the same in accordance with law. The 3rd respondent shall pass necessary orders, after enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 3rd respondent along with all necessary documents and the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2020, along with a copy of this order.

6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
