established after getting all statutory clearances and as per the present norms of National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), for increasing the intake of existing courses and for starting new course, they have to fulfil certain norms. The petitioners made applications/ representations dated 30.05.2015, 30.05.2015 and 28.05.2015 respectively, for starting B.Ed., course for the academic year 2015-16 and prays for appropriate orders for the early disposal of the same.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.U.Venkatesan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent.
4.This Court without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioners applications/ representations dated 30.05.2015, 30.05.2015 and 28.05.2015 respectively, in accordance with law and pass orders on or before 20.07.2015 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
