ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 430 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) act, in Crime No.121 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has illegally transported 1⁄4 units of sand. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would raise strong objection stating that the petitioner is having four previous case. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail. 5.Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
