All the three applications have been filed by the plaintiff, who had already tendered evidence. Evidence had been recorded through Advocate Commissioner.

2. It is now stated that further evidence is required to mark further documents, namely, original copies of two bail orders and two First Information Reports which had been more particularly described in the Judges Summon to A.No. 2707 of 2024.

3. Taking all the facts into consideration and also that plaintiff has to be given opportunity to produce documents in his possession, these three applications stand allowed.

4. Naturally, the evidence of the plaintiff will have to be reopened and the plaintiff will have to be recalled to tender further evidence. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. The learned Advocate Commissioner Mr. S.Karthikei Balan may record the further evidence of the plaintiff and also mark the additional documents as further documents in the suit and file a report before this Court on 10.07.2024.

6. Registry may also issue fresh warrant to the learned Advocate Commissioner Mr. S.Karthikei Balan for this purpose.

7. The Advocate Commissioner is to be paid further remuneration of Rs.50,000/- in this regard.
