Common Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the 2nd respondents pertaining to the impugned instructions Na.Ka.No.A2/5044/2022 dated 13.04.2022 and quash the same and consequently to provide promotion to the petitioners as Physical Director (Gr-I) on par with the School Education Department and thereafter call for the suitable names for the remaining vacancies. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. A2/5044/2022 dated 13.04.2022 and quash the same and consequently to provide promotion to the petitioners as Physical Director (Gr.I) on par with the school Education Department.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Writ Petitions and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
