This petition has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw the case in S.T.C No.18/2014 pending on the file of the learned Fast Track Court No.IV, Palani and transfer the same to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore where C.C.No.82 of 2o14 is pending.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents did not raise any objection for transferring the case in STC.No.82/2014 to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Palani. Further, it is represented that the petitioner and the respondents are same in both STC.No.82/2014 and STC.No.18/2014 and the witnesses to be examined are also one and the same.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Palani is directed to try both STC.No.18/2014 and C.C.No.82/2014 simultaneously.
