The prayer sought for in this petition is to direct first respondent to secure the accused before the Court of Law and file a charge sheet in Crime No.340 of 2018 within the time frame as fixed by this High Court.
2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent police had registered a case in Cr.No.340 of 2018 on 17.06.2018 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. While so, the petitioner is before this Court with the above prayer.
3. In the light of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Joginder Kumar vs. State of U.P [(1994) 4 SCC 260], the direction as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
