Crl.M.P.No.7003 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.25561 of 2022 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.17301 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25561 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.17301 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25561 of 2022 dated 18.11.2022, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
