ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrest and remanded to judicial custody on 13.03.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 307, 392, 397, 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.483 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons went to the defacto complainant's hotel. After purchasing the food items, they have not paid money. When the defacto complainant asked the act of the petitioners, they have attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries. Based on the complaint, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioners. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioners are habitual offenders and further submitted that there are seventeen
(17) previous cases pending against A1 and there are nineteen (19) previous cases pending against A3. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioners are habitual offenders and there are several previous cases pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
