ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for an offence under Section 451, 354C, 354A, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.3 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. It is seen from records that this is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. The previous order, dismissing the Criminal Original petition in Crl.O.P.No.9446 of 2021 was passed by this Court on 20.05.2021.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that there is no change in circumstances after the previous order was passed on merits. Hence, the learned Government Advocate vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, further no change of circumstances arises for considering second bail petition. This Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
