Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order in Memo No. 139/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 20.03.2019 passed by the 2nd respondent under the Tamilnadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's husband Madhan, S/o.Kannan, aged about 33 years the detenu, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and set the petitioner's husband Madhan S/o. Kannan, aged about 33 years the detenu herein at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in Memo No.139/BCDFGISSSV/2019, dated 20.03.2019, detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.1744 Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 20.05.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
