2.The petitioner is an Advocate and the victim who is shown as the 2nd respondent, is also said to be an Advocate.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks short accommodation.

4.One opportunity is granted since it is informed that summons had been issued to PW1 for examination and the matter is listed on 05.10.2021 for that purpose.
