ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 14.12.2009 in I.A.No.1471 of 2009 in O.S.No.2296 of 1997 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Alandur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.08.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 11.08.2017 i.e., today, under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that this civil revision petition is against the order passed in I.A.No.1471 of 2009 in O.S.No.2296 of 1997, impleading the first respondent as party defendant in the suit. Pending civil revision petition, the suit itself was disposed of on 09.07.2013 and therefore, nothing survives in this civil revision petition.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
