2. Learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff has no serious objections in allowing this application.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay is condoned subject to the payment of costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) by the applicant/defendant to the Siddha Clinic attached to the High Court, Madras on or before 07.06.2024.
