ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2016 with regard to providing drinking water connection, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the request of the petitioner was considered and the relief was granted to him and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
