Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's wife, the second petitioner herein for appointment to the post of Noon Meal Organizer, Kolkanoor Middle School on the basis of the application submitted by the second petitioner on 28.12.2015 to the first respondent.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that in the post requested by the petitioner for his wife, some other person has already been appointed.
2. In view of the said submission, the learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the said appointment order. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
