Seeking an order of interim injunction restraining the respondent, from taking the child away from the current house bearing Flat No.B5, Block 2, Mayapuri Leo Taurrus, Panchayat main road, Perungudi, Chennai - 600 096, to anywhere without the permission of this Court during this pandemic situation, this Original Application has been filed.

2. Perused the documents and heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant.

3. The O.P. has been filed for declaration to declare the petitioner as the legal guardian of the person of minor child and to grant permanent custody of minor child to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant is the natural guardian and mother of child who has been taking care of child right from his birth and it is cruel to not allow the mother to see the child or interact with child.
