ORDER
The petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR based on his complaint dated 28.08.2015 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, who would submit that only petition enquiry is pending.
3. Considering the submissions made on either side, the respondent police is directed to register the complaint dated 28.08.2015 of the petitioner, if any cognizable offence is made out, as expeditiously as possible and after giving opportunity to other affected parties.
