PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records, which culminated in issuing the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.567/2014 dated 28.8.2014 on the file of the respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to provide water service connection to the premises of the petitioner bearing No.3/6-B, 3/352, Odhanatti, Jagadhala Post, Aravangadu, The Nilgiris District.
