Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent authority to give permission to conduct the dance and song programme at Alaparakuppam, Kadapakkam Post, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District festival of Alaparakuppam Uthukattu Mariyamman Koil Thiruvila on 27.07.2015 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2015.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.6.2015 seeking permission to conduct the dance and song programme at Alaparakuppam, Kadapakkam Post, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District in view of holding of the festival of Alaparakuppam Uthukattu Mariyamman Koil Thiruvizha on 27.7.2015.
