PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings in O.Mu.No.7170/Aa4/2012 dated 04.10.2012 and quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents too fix the basic pay from the last pay drawn by the petitioner in the 3rd respondent's office and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to pay all the arrears and consequential benefits arising from 10.01.2011 onwards to the petitioner within a time frame as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
